Yes. Files are processed on private infrastructure with isolated workers and are kept only temporarily so you can download the result. Maximum retention is 24 hours and cleanup runs automatically.
PrivePDF does not use your documents to train models. If you use AI tools, extracted text is sent to our AI provider to fulfill the request and returned as an AI response. Core PDF tools don’t require AI.
We do not run ads and we do not use third-party advertising pixels. We avoid third-party trackers and do not sell document contents. We do collect limited operational data (like basic request metrics and error logs) to keep the service reliable. See the Privacy Policy for details.

Our AI tools use Groq as the provider. When you use AI tools, we extract relevant text and send only that text to the provider to fulfill the request. Core PDF tools do not require AI. See AI Data Handling.

Yes. You can cancel your subscription at any time directly from the Billing section in your Dashboard. Once cancelled, you will retain access to your paid features until the end of your current billing period.
