Welcome to PrivePDF. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all terms, you may not access or use the platform.

2. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

3. Use Case & Limitations

PrivePDF is designed for legitimate document processing. You agree NOT to use the platform for:

Processing malware-laden files.
Automated scraping or abusive API requests (unless using a Pro API key).
Violation of any intellectual property rights.

4. Intellectual Property

All tool source code (unless otherwise stated) and platform designs are the exclusive property of PrivePDF. You may not reverse engineer or distribute our binaries.

Fair Use Policy

We reserve the right to throttle or suspend accounts that exhibit unusual activity patterns that threaten system stability.

5. Limitation of Liability

PrivePDF is provided "as is". While we strive for 99.9% uptime and processing accuracy, we are not liable for any data loss resulting from processing errors.
