At PrivePDF, your privacy is our core product. Files are processed on private infrastructure, transferred over encrypted connections, and kept only temporarily for processing and download before scheduled cleanup.

Account Data: Email address and billing information (processed securely via payment providers).
Usage Metadata: Timestamps, operation types (e.g., "PDF to Word"), and success status. We do NOT log filenames or file contents.
Technical Data: IP address and browser type for security and rate limiting.

3. File Processing & Security

Files are processed on private infrastructure and stored in temporary storage only long enough to complete processing and allow downloads. Files are automatically purged on a strict retention policy.
