PrivePDF acts as the data controller for your user profile information. For documents you process, PrivePDF acts as a processor: files are handled on private infrastructure with temporary storage for processing and download.

• Right to Rectification: Request correction of inaccurate data.
• Right to Erasure: "Right to be forgotten" from our database.
• Right to Restriction: Restrict processing of your personal data.

3. No Sub-processors for PDF Data

We aim to minimize third-party handling of document data. Files are processed on private infrastructure and kept only temporarily for processing and download before scheduled cleanup.
